How Form Information Is Transmitted
Current public form submissions are transmitted through Base44's SendEmail integration to info@fairaccessfoundation.org.
The current FAF application does not create a Base44 application-database record for these public form submissions.
Submitted information is received through FAF's organizational email environment.
Users should understand that free-text fields could contain information they voluntarily choose to provide.
FAF asks users not to submit confidential health, education, child-welfare, financial, legal, benefits, or other sensitive personal information through general public website forms.
Information Used by the Website
The current FAF application uses certain technical browser-storage values associated with Base44 application operation.
These may include application identifiers, version information, application URLs, and redirect information.
Authentication-token information may be stored when a person uses authentication functionality.
The current public FAF website does not use application-level advertising, behavioral profiling, fingerprinting, or public geolocation tracking. No Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Meta Pixel implementation was identified in the current application.
FAF does not currently use public website information to build commercial advertising profiles.
Cookies and Infrastructure Data
The current FAF application does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies through its application code for anonymous public visitors.
Base44 and its infrastructure providers may process ordinary technical information necessary to host, secure, transmit, and operate the website. This may include network, request, security, or operational log information handled according to those providers' systems and practices.
FAF does not control every infrastructure-level process used by its technology providers.
Third-Party Services
The current public website uses or relies on:
Base44
Base44 provides website hosting, application infrastructure, media delivery, and the SendEmail functionality used by public forms.
Information submitted through a form is transmitted through Base44 infrastructure for delivery to FAF.
Base44 Media Services
Images and website media may be delivered through Base44-hosted media infrastructure.
Google Fonts
The website currently retrieves certain typography resources through Google Fonts.
When a browser requests externally hosted resources, ordinary technical information such as the user's IP address and browser request information may be transmitted to the resource provider.
No maps, public video embeds, payment processing, donation tools, scheduling systems, or advertising platforms are currently identified as active integrations on the FAF public website.
This policy will be updated if material website technologies or data practices change.
How FAF Uses Information
FAF may use information submitted through the public website to:
- respond to inquiries
- communicate about FAF
- consider community or professional interest
- support organizational and workforce planning
- communicate about potential partnerships or funding discussions
- improve website content and operation
- maintain organizational records
- protect the website and organization
- comply with applicable legal obligations
Submitting information through the public website does not, by itself, create a family-services, employment, applicant, partnership, board, professional-services, or other formal relationship with FAF, nor does it guarantee future consideration.
Data Minimization
FAF seeks to collect only information reasonably useful for the purpose of a public website interaction.
The public website is not intended to serve as a secure family-service, education-record, health-information, child-welfare, or case-management environment.
When FAF later provides an approved secure family-navigation or intake process, it will be separately identified.
Retention
Public website form submissions are currently transmitted to FAF by email rather than stored as public-form records in the FAF Base44 application database.
FAF may retain organizational email and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose of the communication, organizational recordkeeping, legal obligations, governance, workforce planning, or other legitimate operational needs.
Retention practices may vary according to the nature of the communication.
FAF intends to continue developing appropriate records-retention practices as its operations mature.
Security
FAF seeks to use reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical measures appropriate to the information handled through its public website.
No website, email system, transmission method, or electronic-storage environment can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users should therefore avoid submitting sensitive information through general website forms unless FAF specifically provides an approved secure method for that purpose.
Children's Information
The public FAF website provides general information about the organization and is not designed as an online service directed to children under 13.
FAF does not intentionally seek to collect personal information directly from children through its general public forms.
Parents, guardians, and other users should not submit confidential information about a child through the public contact form.
Third-Party Links
The website may link to resources or websites operated by other organizations.
A link does not necessarily represent endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or approval.
FAF does not control the privacy, accessibility, security, or content practices of independent third-party websites.
