Introduction
These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern use of the public website operated by Fair Access Foundation, Inc. ("FAF," "we," "us," or "our").
By using the website, visitors agree to use it lawfully and consistently with these Terms.
Purpose of the Website
The website provides general information about Fair Access Foundation, its mission and organizational development, the planned Randolph County pilot, FAF Connect, opportunities for community and professional engagement, organizational support, governance interest, and public contact.
The public website is informational and organizational in nature.
Current Operating Status
FAF is preparing for its initial Randolph County pilot.
Website content may describe current organizational plans, planning assumptions, proposed activities, anticipated staffing, intended technology capabilities, measurement frameworks, and future opportunities.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, this information should not be interpreted to mean that funding has been secured, family services are currently open, every proposed position or feature will be implemented, a formal partnership or public endorsement exists, or projected outcomes have already been achieved.
No Emergency Service
FAF is not an emergency, crisis-response, medical-emergency, law-enforcement, or child-protection service.
The website and its general contact forms are not emergency-response channels.
People facing an immediate emergency or threat to life or safety should use the appropriate emergency or public-safety resource.
Informational Content — Not Professional Advice
Information on the public website is provided for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for legal, medical, behavioral-health, financial, educational, clinical, benefits, or other professional advice or official eligibility determinations.
Decisions requiring professional judgment or legal authority should be made by appropriately qualified professionals or responsible organizations.
No Relationship Created by Website Use
Use of this website, submission of a public form, or communication through the website does not by itself create a family-services, client, healthcare, attorney-client, professional-services, employment, applicant, partnership, agency, fiduciary, board, funding, or other formal relationship with FAF.
Any formal relationship with FAF must be established separately through the appropriate process.
Public Forms
General public forms are intended for ordinary organizational communication.
Users should not submit confidential health, education, child-welfare, financial, legal, benefits, or other sensitive personal information through general website forms.
Future secure family or participant workflows will be separately identified when available.
Accuracy and Changing Information
FAF seeks to present information accurately and responsibly.
Organizational plans, public programs, funding, staffing, laws, technology, resources, and operating conditions may change.
Where appropriate, FAF distinguishes between established facts, planning assumptions, proposed activities, pilot targets, future capabilities, and documented results.
FAF does not guarantee that every informational item will remain current indefinitely.
FAF Connect
FAF Connect is the technology-enabled navigation and outcomes system supporting Fair Access Foundation.
FAF is the organization.
FAF Connect is the supporting system.
References to FAF Connect may describe technology still under development, testing, review, or preparation for pilot use.
The term "Patent Pending" reflects the status of applicable intellectual-property filings. It does not mean that a patent has been granted and should not be interpreted as government approval, compliance or security certification, proof of effectiveness, or a representation that every platform feature is covered by a patent application.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, website content created by or for FAF—including its original text, graphics, logos, branding, layouts, publications, and other materials—is owned by, licensed to, or used with authorization by Fair Access Foundation.
Visitors may use publicly available content for ordinary personal, informational, educational, or noncommercial purposes consistent with applicable law.
Without authorization, users may not misrepresent FAF content as their own, alter or misuse FAF branding, imply FAF endorsement, impersonate FAF, commercially exploit substantial FAF website content, or attempt unauthorized access to protected systems.
Acceptable Use
Users may not use the website unlawfully or in a manner that interferes with its operation, security, or other users.
Prohibited activity includes introducing malicious software, attempting unauthorized access, impersonating another person or organization, knowingly submitting fraudulent information, harvesting contact information, misusing website forms or communications systems, or falsely representing affiliation with FAF.
Third-Party Links
The website may contain links to independent organizations, programs, services, or resources.
A link does not necessarily constitute endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, recommendation, or approval.
FAF does not control independent third-party websites.
Website Availability
FAF may update, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue website features as organizational needs change.
FAF does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Warranties and Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the public website and its informational content are provided on an "as available" basis.
FAF does not guarantee that use of the website will produce any particular result or that third-party resources identified through the website will be available or appropriate to a particular situation.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, FAF will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or similar damages arising solely from use of or inability to use the public informational website.
These provisions are not intended to waive any right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be waived.
